Carl A. Nesbitt school is a French Immersion junior intermediate school where classes are taught half of the day in French and half of the day in English.  Each class has a Smart Board which is used to enhance learning in the classroom.

Students are provided with many cultural activities to enhance their love of the French language.  Learning also takes place outside of the school and classroom as they embark on field trips related to the arts, science and athletics.

At Nesbitt, we promote the ten character traits of our Board in our daily acitivities: honesty, respect, empathy, responsibility, integrity, courtesy, resiliance, acceptance, courage, and cooperation.
